Delivery Time
Since our custom curtains are instantly crafted according to your particular requirements, our order delivery usually can be made up of two parts:

Delivery time may be extended by 40 business days during the holiday season(aka. Dec.&Jan.&Feb.). The total delivery time is as shown on the checking out page.

Custom Orders: For custom curtains and personalized products, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping on all orders. After processing, your order will be delivered within 7-12 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times for expedited shipping range from 3-7 business days after processing.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination, typically taking 15-25 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which could delay delivery.
Shipping Cost:

US Shipping:
- No tax or duty on all U.S. orders.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $300.
- Orders $149-$248.99 will incur a flat shipping fee of $24.9.
- Orders $20-$148.99 will incur a flat shipping fee of $14.9.
- Orders $10-$19.99 will incur a flat shipping fee of $9.9.
- Orders Under $10 will incur a flat shipping fee of $4.9.
- International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Customs and Import Duties:
- For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and veilveil.com is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.
Changes to Shipping Address:
